Finally - finally - most of my challenges I have had  with my "cheap" 1991 tin-top purchase are resolved.  Just needed lots of money, time and patience - that's all.

Now planning to take a ride out west from Naples FL to Morro Bay in CA but wondered if there is an inexpensive kitchen cabinet kit or plans I can build myself here in the USA.  Y'know the kinda thing - sink/space for fridge or cooler and small gas hob.  I saw one (see link below) similar idea in the UK but never thought to actually buy one and drag it back with me - duh.
