Those are vent lines. One come from the upper front end of your transmission, a banjo fitting there, easy to see. Another one comes all the way from the front differential .. and the 3rd one went to a fitting on the waterboxer engine in the clutch area . That one is doing nothing withyour current engine and can be removed. the upper ends of those ..just stick into the area above or near the gas tank and end at 'nothing' just air venthoses. Pretty sure.
