        I was out @ Willi' AFB & I was the guy in the ObsTower that day that  
read & recorded the 128 ~ remember it well. Wouldn't be at all  
surprised that **w-50 might be needed there in the Summer but wouldn't  

think it would be needed in the cooler months unless the engine was  
Old&Loose or if you regularly did loaded runs from the valley to the  
high country.
