Well, Alistair, I hope we all recognize that life and the world are complex phenomena, with no best answers to most things. At the same time I decry the observation platform that Native Americans built over the lower Grand Canyon, I travel to out of the way places. and of course, I do not use tenth century technology to get there. Until fairly recently I did walk some extraordinary distances to be some places.

I wish I had the answers to all of life's conundrums (or is that conundra?). Not having all the answers does not mean I cannot lament what was, while trying to make the best of what is.
