The affects of the road salt that we seem to love here is showing, just to much fun to stop driving though.

Who is your local mechanic Peter? Always looking for alternatives as there aren't many that I've found close to us who know these really well.

I'm getting Babe out of hibernation this weekend, excited at the prospect. I just wish it would stop snowing up here already!!!

Our first trip is planned too: heading for Davidson River CG (NC) on Easter weekend, I'll finally get to try out my new bike. But before we go, I've arranged a visit to my local mechanic to have a spring check-up.

Anyone else up in these northern environs getting their Vanagon out before April?
