Subject: Flipping Axles to Maximize CV Joint Wear
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed; delsp=yes

I've just spent the past hour digging through the archives. No joy. (This is why changing the Subject is important when the subject changes....)

A few years ago, someone (I think Dennis Haynes) wrote an excellent explanation of how and why to flip one's halfshafts to maximize CV joint wear. The explanation labelled the joints A, B & C, D. I've tried every combination of CV, joint, axle A, B, C & D to find it and I'm drawing a blank.

Did anyone bookmark it? If so, could you send the link along. (And maybe we might add it to the Vanagonauts data?)

Thanks,

Jim
