Prepare for possible rust and rot damage in the windshield channel. Get a helper during glass removal. Be aware that old glass gets brittle and will break if flexed too much. Use plenty of lube when installing.

fairly sure my windshield seal is leaking and i'm getting water draining into my footwells. not to mention the noise of wind whipping through. i was planning on replacing the windshield and vent seals this upcoming weekend and wondered if people have tips on usual course of action and expected pain(s) in the ass i'll be dealing with.....
