I had the same issue I removed the speedo from the cluster and took it to my mechanic by the time I had walked the length of the van away he had where I was going I said home, he said give a couple more minutes you can take this with you. The fix took him a couple of minutes so I can't believe its that complicated a procedure. Makes me wish I had been watching but I thought it was going to be involved and time consuming.
