Right on sir, *any* physical activity, regardless of age, but even more so at 74 is very good for you. Sadly ..the vast majority of americans have no physicality in their lives at all, unless it's moving a computer mouse around , or twirling a power steering steering wheel... or some expercise machine or program. but brake jobs, splitting firewood, rotating tires, getting down and looking at something under there, and back up ..all that is good for ya for sure. Getting down to the ground and back up .. the more you do that in your life, the longer you live, generally.
