I put a set of the Load Range D Vanco 2's on my 90 GL and they are WAY too stiff for normal passenger car driving. Only when the van is totally loaded with tools and stuff for the flea market sales does it ride even the least bit comfortably. The Vanco 2's i have are like225 65 16's mounted on 16" MB alloys ant their load rating is like 108. They're okay in the rain, but the snow....forget it!! Wit htthat wide a tire, the handling is much improved but the gering issues with the taller tires was and is a problemon hills. Also, I psecial ordered them from Tire Rack in South Bend. Took almost 8 months to get them. Pay attention to that"liited availability" line in their ad......

YMMV,
