Is that they the wheels don't turn well with the brake pads pushed back a little ? if so ....that would be weird. Youare considering draggy pads/sticky caliper piston ?

sure sounds like you know who to do the job right. I wouldn't expect more than medium warm to the touch for regular around town use, if that.
