I've done a bit more testing with this and get the same results. Come Monday I'm looking for a new bearing set. There is something wrong with these. I hate having to re-do a job like this - but in my illustrious mechanical career - I've been down this road before. Just part of the game. Glad it doesn't come often. That would not speak well of the mechanic. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to mechanical work, and believe in getting it right the first time. So things like this really frustrate me.
