As Richard eventually found out I had some here in stock and he has my last two on their way to him. Shortly afterward I called my VW dealer~supplier and ordered both that O-ring and the 003 325 381 O-ring which has been obsolete for a long, long time. Both are now available again in Germany, VW Classic Parts is actually doing what they said they would do, make available obsolete parts. Now I've got a new supply on their way to me. So, BIG shout out to VW Classic Parts. Yes, I know the prices are not the best but way better than not having these parts at all.
