We've got the extra middle double seat for our '86 and we love it. It
does slide right in/out really easily - and it makes a great couch for
camping. I might be wrong but I think 85 and 86 are the only years
that have the tracks for it.
Don't think a shoulder belt is really feasible, unfortunately. I've
seen them come up now and then cheap on craigslist - there's actually
one for free here in Colorado -
