Depending on which 16 year old, pimple headed warrior you get and what type tester, you may have a good test at a FLAPS. On the other hand if I had to rely on a true test, I would opted for a Professional Starter Electrical shop, that doesn't sell air fresheners, and plastic hub caps! Even if you have to pay a few bucks for the test, it will be money well spent, Also if you do actually have a starter problem, they can fix it on the spot.
