The clear coat on my 90 Burgundy Westy is peeling - especially around the windshield, and also on the sliding door where I rubbed against some plastic trash cans. Can they just do the clear coat without repainting the whole van? Has anybody ever had this done (especially in California, where things seem to be more expensive than elsewhere?) I'll probably take it to a few places for an estimate. Also, the fiberglass poptop is now "cloudy." Would that need to be repainted or clear coated? Patti 90 Westy Automatic
