My picture is deceptive in that it was taken looking down on the raised seat with the table to the right side of the picture. Like you, I use something to push it back in when it starts to hit the cabinet or the trim strip. And, I try to be careful and catch it before it hits that strip but on our last trip it got ahead of me and scratched the strip pretty good. I am just trying to figure out a way to create a permanent fix.
