The engine movement shown in the video doesn't look bad to me. From your trans mount modification photos it looks like you have too little clearance. I'd say 3/4" all around should do it.

Another option that should reduce movement is this aftermarket mount. I installed one recently and it doesn't seem much louder than the stock mount but it certainly reduces movement.
