next time you fill the presure bottle with the blue cap on it, do it with the engine running and add until it won't take anymore. if you are only filling the license plate bottle...you're not getting to the important part yet.

there is not enough info yet to diagnose a bad t-stat. usually they fail in the cold direction.. there are hundreds of vanagons running around that are running too cool. scott www.turbovans.com
