The tension load on that bolt isn't much. Doesn't need to be that tight actually. like 35 to 40 lbstorque would beenough . The shear load on it isn't that much either. It's the kind of thing that if things stay in place, don't get loose, or slide around , it will be fine.

just don't use some cheap junk from a hardware store. I like a nylock nut on that bolt too.
