For 85 turn blinkers use fuse #11 while the 4 way flashers use fuse #9.

Radio power came from fuse #9 as well so if the radio wiring blew the fuse then the 4 ways stop working too. It is also possible that the wiring to the radio and 4 ways got moved to the aux battery or got messed up in the attempt.
