The digital clocks are all the same (except that they may have had two variations on the circuit board, one that defaults to 12-hour and one that defaults to 24 without needing any jumper cuts).

IIRC the indications are almost invisibly tiny. Look for two pairs of tiny solder pads that are half-circular with the flat sides not quite touching. They may both be bare, with a tiny trace bridging between the halves of one pair; or one pair may be covered with solder so it looks like a single pad (in which case the other pair will likely show evidence of a cut between the two halves). I would expect that one or the other or both would have an extremely tiny 12 or 24 next to; but it's possible they don't. You may well need a lens to see them clearly.
