Subject:      Help retrofitting newer coolant hose to 82 Diesel Vanagon

I have a customer that has an 82 Diesel Vanagon.  He wants to replace the
large coolant hose on the top of the engine 068121101C with the newer
version 068121101H.  I know they are a bit different and have different
sized ends, etc.  If anyone could point me to info on exactly what is
involved into fitting this later hose into the 82 I would appreciate it.
