Socket head cap screws are especially strong. They have a yield of over 180,000 psi whereas a grade 8 (10.2 metric) will have a little less Grade 5 (8.8 metric) is much less. I would strongly recommend that you replace them with good quality screws of the same type and length.

When removing those screws, make sure the inside hex is completely clean and that your tool is really good quality 6mm 3/8" drive at least. (Sears, not Harbor Freight) LOL.

Tightening torque is stage 1, 44 ft lbs then stage 2, another 90 degrees. You will wince when you get to stage 2.

If you are fighting one off, try using a vice grips on the outside (very tight) and then giving the arm a good smack.
