I did on my '87.  Bought from one of our vendors.  Replacement was fairly easy since they need to come out when working on window removal, as I was.  There's a one-piece top run and the bottom is two separate pieces; one inner and one outer.  Roll window down.  Yank the top one first by prying it forward at the bottom-back of the window opening where it meets the bottom pieces and then peel it out.  Bottom pieces can be pried up and out.  
Reinstalling the bottom pieces can be tricky since you need to fit the pieces into the little stamped clip edges that hold them.  Easier and cleaner than exhaust work.  Good luck!

Anyone done this?  Mine are dried out and useless.  Sources for the correct
parts?  I have an '85 with polished metal trim.
