that's why tickets are seldom given for that small an amount above the speed limit.

talking to a local radar trap cop ....he told me they give a ticket at 9 mph over. that means you can go 43 in a 35 and won't get busted. A reasonable margin.

'my speedometer reads low' would be a really thin defense anyway.
