from what I gather .. such as on the syncro list .. Redline is not 'it' anymore. Two trans rebuilders tell me Redline has changed their formula .. and it's not the best stuff anymore. As one syncro savvy poster said ...'dump that koolaid and get some Swepco in there.' fwiw ..I have found at NAPA auto parts.. Premium performance Gear oil 80W-85W090 which meets is GL-4, GL-5 and GL-3 and German transaxle pretty much insists on Ultra-Guard Full Synthetic Gear Lubricant SAE 75W90 which is a GL-5 with an additive for syncronizers.
