Ben wins the prize for clarifying the name of the tool required...I get the booby prize for not being more specific on my needs...things are a little fuzzy right now as a recover from a concussion...reminder to self, you are 65 in a couple of months, and although you have picked up short blocks from the ground many many times to put them on the stand, you need to be well balanced or you will high side over them and land on the top of your head on the cement...getting your bell rung is the strangest internal sound you will ever hear LOL
 
I need to open up the width of the sleeve landing surface/pocket in the head for wider cylinders/sleeves...this is a bolt on tool to the head or case (as I recall) that is driven by a drill press, and yes the cutting speed needs to be very slow and accurate, just knowing the name brought back a lot of memories.
 
Does anyone have one of these they are not using, or would be willing to loan out, or sell...or have a supplier they trust to buy one from?
