Thanks for everyone's help with this one.  I opted to take a long lunch and
drove to Garnet VW who happened to have 2 of these in stock.  I'm not sure
if Home Depot would have had it and the drive there would not have been too
much better.  The had 2 in stock so I bought both.  I was also rewarded with
the fact they have not 1 but 2 splitty's in their showroom along with a '64
bug.  What a nice treat.
