Yeah, and if you're gonna go to the trouble of taking out the dash, there are other things that you might as well do while you're in there . . . 1) Need an antenna? Replace it then. 2) Replace the foam seals on the heater box flaps. 3) Put some sound deadening material on the front sheet metal to kill the sound of the rain hitting it. 4) Lube the heater control cables.
