We retrofitted three vans, my cousin a friend and I, using Eurovan rotors, Jetta/Golf IV rear calipers with the emergency brake system attached and aluminum caliper adapters that were cut and fitted localy. Probably your must expensive part will be the new rotors and labor to cut and drill the adapters, unless you do it yourself, of course. The calipers are salvage yard sourced, try to get them with the cables and lines attached, Passat work good too, not sure what year, but you can Google that. For the aluminum brackets I went to the local metal works shop and but a piece of thick aluminum, marked what I needed to have cut and drilled and went from there. We had the advantage of using a rear suspension arm cut of a van to test fit everything, and the results are great, at least we like how the vans stop now, and the emergency brake holds like it should. I hate drum brakes, I really do. And the three vans have Mercedes Benz wheels, no spacers, no clearence problems, and mine has thr big brake hit, so no going back to OE wheels for me. All the MB wheels have to be drilled for the larger 14mm stud, no big deal, and you can even get the spare tire from a salvage yard, like I did, now I have the full set. I use the correct tires for the car that the wheels came from, using the logic that it's as heavy as my van, reaches higher speeds and corners way harder than my vehicle ever will. I still don't understand why asking a single question here gets so many replies that don't answer your question and try to steer you away from what you want to do. Good luck with your project modernizing your van, enjoy the ride.
