Subject: SA rear shocks from '01 group purchase
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi All,

Sorry for digging up an old subject but I could not locate info in the archives.

Some of you may remember back in 2001 when Bill Kasper organized a group purchase of South African parts. One of the items were F/R rebuildable shocks. Please correct me if I'm wrong but IIRC, they were for Syncro's.

Well anyway, the reason I asked is because I picked up what feels like a decent pair of used rear shocks. The plan is to install them in my Syncro 16" Doka with the stock springs. Fronts will be OME shocks. I seem to recall people mentioning that these shocks tended to top out in certain situations. I can't recall the exact situation and hope some can help refresh my recollection.

TIA,

BenT sent from my electronic leash
