Very helpful video! Much better than my attempt some years ago.

The "fat" Phillips screwdriver is one of the best investments I ever made. Even at $10 used from a pawn shop, that Craftsmen tool is da bomb.

I didn't watch every second of your video so you may have mentioned it, but replacing those Phillips screws with metric cap bolts is best. That and some anti-sieze.

One can use a long wobble extension or short wobble with extension for the LH side heater box bolts. And at the risk of harping on this tool

it may have a large enough Phillips bit and could prove really useful for the job. That used with an extension and wobble + penetrating fluid may help.
