Bryan, nice video, in spite of the many challenges you encountered during the filming of it. I now feel like I could do my heater in a day easily. Other folks descriptions of the process make it sound unduly difficult. I'm sure dealer mechanics had to crank these out in a very short time; I wonder what the book says for labor hours? I know many of us would rather "do it right" and also take care of all of the little extras that make all the difference in the long run, and to prevent having to do this big chore again anytime soon. One helpful method that I like to use to prevent loss and mixing up of fasteners, is to screw them back together lightly where they belong while disassembling things. It helps a lot when going back together.
