To keep it simple there are two part numbers. 251941531M for vans built up to 90 with a VIN that has an M for the year and 1000 and less as the last four digits. If you have the M VIN (90-91) and 1001 and higher last four digits then you are in need of the 251941531T switch.

Does that clear this up for you?
