Putting URLs to both events when you talk about them is a nice touch!

I went to the 'Busses By the Duck' site and had one question, (I was just curious as I'm not going to be there). They say you must have a "Dog Licence Certificate" with you, does this mean you have to licence your dog there if your visiting? Things are different everywhere & I have not traveled up in NY since I was a little kid & I'm curious.

Thanks,
