Doug, I have two old ones I removed from my Westy years ago to install new ones that VW still had in stock at that time. They are not broken, just weak, perhaps there's a way to stiffen them up. I never did look into that option. They are yours for the asking if you want them. Then of course you could install a set of the hydraulic Pop-Top Struts that come from Mark. I have those here in stock both standard duty and heavy duty. With these struts the springs become irrelevant.
