All done! Although I didn't see this post until later, and I didn't see any reference to torque in the instruction sheet - torqued it as much as I could by hand. That is the anchor point. BTW, it is VERY difficult to fit the belt anchor to that point, because of having to work in the compartment. There is a certain torque required (I don't remember it, but I am sure the manual gives it, and I know that the GoWesty kit does).
