Alfred,

Soak all nuts in some heavy duty penetrating oil for as long as you can before you start.

Brush up on all the methods of broken stud removal. Heat oil heat oil worked for me. If the stud comes out whole with the nut that is not a bad day.

Work slow. Be patient. Chanel your zen. Really it took me days to deal with the 3 broken studs but that got done to.
