I have an OEM hitch which is essentially separate from the bumper. He downside with the European hitches is availability of accessories. The bolt pattern is not compatible with ones in the US. Same deal on the SA hitches. You can buy a bolt receiver hitch but tend to be pricey.

Burley makes a pretty good one for an equally Burley price. Worth it from what people tell me. The receiver on his hitch is designed higher up which will require that you notch your bumper. But that gives you additional clearance off road. He builds a different one for fiberglass bumpers. Saw pics of a special one he made an East Coast Syncro which effectively becomes an inner structure for the bumper.

I wouldn't bother with the types which bolt onto the tow hoops unless your only goal is to tow tiny trailers and keep errant drivers from smashing your back bumpers.

I know Dennis Haynes makes hitches too but have no experience with his products.
