be careful in how you choose to inspect tank - if you have
no experience with gas detection i suggest - you attend to the local
propane shop and have them check it out -

On my internet tv station TV THAT WORKS http://www.tvthatworks.com i run a
video which details the proper way to test for combustible gas as well as
the improper way - you can also view this video at
http://www.csb.gov/partridge-raleigh-oilfield-explosion-and-fire/ - the 3
minute 30 second point in the video shows the improper way -
