Wipers have worked since the dash went back on, yes?


Do the heater blower and rear defrost work?  If so, the load
reduction relay and its drive from the X terminal of the ignition
switch is good.




Does washer pump work?  If so then you've eliminated fuse S10 as a problem.


Is the wiper switch connector plugged in all the way on the column?
