On the rear of the speedo head there should be a white sensor with two
prongs sticking out. It is held on by two small phillips head screws.
That is the speed sensor for the stock cruise control. Maybe the problem
we are having is that you have an aftermarket cruise system? That would
get the speed sense from a magnet on the rear CV axle instead of at the
speedo head. It also probably wouldn't have the switch I am talking about,
instead it would be using the brake light switches and just be spliced into
that.
