We usually sell these for $325 but I would match BD $299 price if you wanted to use us. I would also recommend replacing the power steering system filter when replacing the rack as that is required by the warranty. Our core is $100 as well. These are Maval rebuilt units that come with the inner tie rods installed and also the rack mounts. I would get two outer tie rod ends if you want everything new and you should be good to go.
