I have a good fluke, a cheapo HF & a cheap one I bought at Walmart. They are all good for what I'm doing (volts, voltage drop, measuring resistance & checking for continuity). However... the cheap HF did NOT have an audio continuity check, that's why I replaced it with the $20 walmart meter.... do I have a ground? BEEP...yes I do, does this wire actually run from this plug to where I think it should? BEEP...yes it does, is the light bulb filament broken? BEEP... no it's not.
