When I added new wiring to my Westy rear speakers, the path was from the radio to the "A" pillar then along the frame rail(?) above the sliding door to the headbanger cabinet above the bed-fairly easy to open up those panels & run new wires to both speakers from that side, IIRC. If you don't have a westy, then never mind!
