Just run them inside the closet, down through the shelf and underneath the van. Tape them in the corner or run inside the A/C hose cover. If you can get a four wire sheathed cable like the pros use that's the cleanest. The factory wires are inside the air vent channel and not worth the hassle of trying to fish new wires there IMHO.
