To talk of many things: Of shoes, and ships and sealing wax; and cabbages and Kings......

AND;

where to sell ones 1988 GL Vanagon.

Dear Volks:

Sadly - The time has come when I must downsize the fleet, cull the herd, reduce the inventory, cut back the stock. I'm putting my beloved Red Brick ( 1988 GL) up for sale and I am looking for good venues in/on which to advertise.

Therefore;

I call upon the expertise of "The List" to provide benevolent guidance as to the best venues for such a venture.

I'm in the Southeast - Birmingham, AL - and would appreciate very much any suggestions as to venues for advertising that are known to be worthwhile and productive.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

John Rodgers "Red Brick" - 1988 GL "Volksiebus" - 1988 GL "The Carat" - 1991
