I think that I have ordered from all of our list vendors at one time or another. I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience with any of them - not once. I have to echo what John said - I'd be lost without them - maybe more so since I live on the East side of MI and am in the general Big 3 geographical area - it's sometimes hard to even find metric fastners at Flaps or some local mechanics - not to mention parts or quality parts.

Aside from that I can say for certain the customer service we receive is outstanding. Not many places will answer your questions about certain things - straight honest answers even if they could lead to you not having to order the part in the first place. (I'm not suggestion we swamp our vendors with technical questions - just saying I've had that situation). I know I've received this type of help from Ken, Ron, and the folks at Go Westy.

We are lucky to have them. Sure things happen but as the original issue of theis thread has shown - they'll make it right.
