Take a look http://www.walmart.com/ip/Century-Portable-Toilet-2.5-Gallon-Capacity-Holding-Tank/10966279?findingMethod=rr This toilet does the job. This contains the smell, has a positive lock so it's really hard to have an accident, (we never had one with this toilet). The 2.5 gal reservoir is not too much weight when carrying it to a toilet to dump. The bellows pump does work well but you can use a jug of water if you want.

We used one of these for years, it's worth every penny on a really nasty night no matter where you're parked, for that matter it's worth every penny if you're parked 4 blocks from the Rose Parade New Years Eve too.
